Upon my arrival, Radhia Kamoun welcomes me with her kind smile and that hospitality that makes every visit unforgettable. A stuffed date in hand, a glass of rose water placed in front of me… Time seems to stand still, bringing to mind childhood memories where the scent of fresh bread and spices filled the family home.
The culinary experience awaiting me goes far beyond just a meal. From appetizers to dessert, each dish tells a story, a subtle blend of tradition and modernity. The crispiness of the stuffed brik, the tenderness of tchich with octopus, the refinement of stuffed baby squid with saffron-flavored rice… Not to mention the grand finale with a briket hlèb and a cheesecake in the style of kounefa.
